I sogni infranti

Da quando i sogni si sono infranti su un muro impenetrabile, 
anche i pensieri e le parole sono svanite nei sogni,
il foglio è restato bianco,
senza che neanche una goccia di inchiostro abbia potuto intaccare il suo candore 
e confondere i sentimenti del mio cuore.
Il tempo può rimarginare le ferite, 
ma non cancella le emozioni


Broken Dreams

Since dreams were shattered on an impenetrable wall,
the thoughts and words have vanished in dreams,
the paper remained white
without so much as a drop of ink has been able to dent its whiteness
and confuse the feelings of my heart.
The time can heal the wounds,
but does not erase the emotions
